Shatterizer™ respects your privacy and that is why we have our Shatterizer™ Discrete Billing and Shipping Policy. This policy states that all our orders will be shipped in packaging and the 'ship from' address will be labeled ShatterizerWellness. The name on your billing statement will also have no reference to any particular products or brands.

We do not ship over the weekend
Orders over $200 will require a signature in order to help protect from theft.
On average we will process and ship orders within 24-48 hrs not including weekends. Once shipped shipping times are 2-4 business days on average but may take longer if there are backlogs with shipping companies during peak seasons like holidays or as a result of covid 19. Please understand these are not in our control and will do anything we can to help. We will also ship a new order out at no cost to you if it is determined the shipment is lost.
Please note that if by your shipping address is entered on your order incorrectly, and as a result our courier is unable to deliver the package, it may be returned to us the sender. If an order is returned, and you would like it to be re-shipped, there will be a $24.95 surcharge for the re-delivery which is imposed by the courier (sorry). If you notice you have entered the wrong address right after placing your order - please e-mail us immediately, we may be able to change the address to the correct one if we are notified in time. If you require a change of address after your order has been shipped, there will be a $14.95 charge applied which is imposed by the courier (sorry).
Order Cancellation: Due to the speed of our automated system there is no guarantee we can cancel an order in time before it is shipped. We recommend contacting customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding! Whenever possible we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
