Warranty & FAQ's

Warranties/Troubleshooting

All warranties are different depending on the brand and the specific product purchased. Most warranties are manufacturer's warranties and will need to be processed directly with the manufacturer. They do this so they can help troubleshoot any customer service issues and make sure that the device is in fact not functioning as it's supposed to. They are the experts on their products, and the best point of contact for any troubleshooting/warranty issues. If there is a warranty issue, they will take care of this directly with the customer. We will assist in this process in any way we can and will make sure you are looked after! Thanks for shopping with us!!

What is a vaporizer?

A Vaporizer is a device used to free the active ingredients of your blends or oils/concentrates without combustion (which creates vapor). This can be achieved through either Conduction or Convection (see our detailed explanation below).

How is vaporizing healthier than traditional methods?

Instead of burning the dry herbs or concentrates, your product is heated at a far lower temperature. This enables one to receive all of the benefits that one get with traditional combustion, without the carcinogens and other nasty by-products that are released during regular combustion using traditional methods of smoking.

How do I know which vaporizer is best for my needs?

Ask yourself the following. Do you want a desktop vaporizer or a portable one? What will you be consuming in it? How much do you want to spend? This should help narrow down your search! We are always here to assist you in figuring this out! Please feel free to email or call us!

What's the difference between Conduction and Convection?

With Conduction vaporization, your product is placed in direct contact with the heating element. On the other hand, Convection vaporization happens once hot air passes over the product, but never actually touches the heating element.

Do vaporizers make any noise?

Some vaporizers make no noise at all, and some do. Some of the forced-air vaporizers (Volcano, Extreme Q, etc.) have a light fan noise when the balloons are being filled or air is passing through the whip. If you are ever concerned that the noise you hear sounds like something is wrong, please contact us for assistance.

Does my vaporizer come with a warranty?

Every vaporizer brand has a warranty. Warranty period and coverage changes from company to company based on their individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. Most vaporizers come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. In some cases we can handle the entire warranty process for you, but some manufacturer's like DaVinci, Storz & Bickel, Puffco, and Pax request that all warranty claims are processed by them directly. We will always assist customers wherever possible. Please feel free to contact one of us if you have any questions concerning the warranty on your product.

Is there a smell associated with vaporizer?

Depending on the type of product you use to consume, and what you are consuming, there may be a slight smell, but it’s very mild when compared to traditional methods of smoking.
