This battery has 15 second continuous heat option with automatic shut off! Five clicks on, 5 clicks off, 3 clicks to vary between temperature settings. The Shatterizer atomizer and storage container not included.

This company has a lot to teach bigger tech services with their customer service. All I did was open the site, went through all power control settings and noticed battery was not right. I LOVE this device. Simple to use, its tiny to hide in my bra so its close for when I have my panic attacks or calm my anxieties when all else fails. My pain is instantly diminished for those days lots need to get done and my body pain is trembling from fibromyalgia that is lurking and not letting go. 3 breaths and all is well.
