Refund policy

 

We do not take returns or give refunds on opened and used items. Please see warranty section for all warranty information. We will do our best to resolve any issues and help wherever we can! 

We will take returns for up to 30 days from date of purchase so long as the product has not been opened or used. Must be in the same condition we sent it in. Return shipping fees apply.

Please note that if your shipping address is entered incorrectly, and as a result our courier is unable to deliver the package, it may be returned to us the sender. If an order is returned, and you would like it to be re-shipped, there will be a $24.95 surcharge for the re-delivery which is imposed by the courier (sorry).

If you notice you have entered the wrong address right after placing your order - please e-mail us immediately, we may be able to change the address to the correct one if we are notified in time.

If you require a change of address after your order has been shipped, there will be a $14.95 charge applied which is imposed by the courier (sorry).
